Stephanie Heminger

Stephanie Heminger started her martial arts career over 20 years ago with Kyokushin karate, achieving a Nikyu in that full-contact style. She then studied in Japan, and received a Shodan in JKA Shotokan. Since then, she has studied Isshin-ryu, Shorin-ryu, Wei Kune Do, Small Circle Ju-Jitsu, and achieved a Nidan in RyuKyu Kempo. She currently studies Modern Arnis and Balintawak at the Cebu West Martial Arts Club and holds the rank of Likah Dalawa with the World Modern Arnis Alliance.
